Terms and Conditions of EuroTourGuide Coach Trips

All day or evening excursions must be paid in full at the time of booking through the online booking system. All overnight excursions must be paid according to the payment schedule through the online booking system.

EuroTourGuide’s online booking system uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. This technology is designed to minimize the risk of anyone compromising your privacy when shopping online with us. This is indicated by the padlock symbol in the browser bar.

All excursions are non-refundable and no amount will be paid if the client cancels them or if they do not show up at the place and time of departure from the pick-up point.

Once payment has been accepted, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation email stating when an email with the exact pick-up time and other information about the bus excursion will be sent to you.
Your requests and obligations
- Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- EuroTourGuide cannot assign seats on the bus, except for registered disabled persons who have notified us at the time of booking. The seat you choose on the bus will be yours for the duration of the tour, unless a member of the EuroTourGuide team asks you to change it.
- EuroTourGuide informs you that smoking is not allowed on the bus and that animals are not allowed, except for those used by registered disabled persons who have notified us at the time of booking.
- EuroTourGuide informs you that every effort will be made to cater for special conditions, such as dietary requirements, medical conditions, etc., that you have notified us of at the time of booking, but cannot always guarantee that they will be met during the Tour and accepts no responsibility for the provision or non-provision of the above.
- EuroTourGuide reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking or cancel a client’s booking before or during the Tour, in the event of unreasonable conduct which, in our opinion, could cause damage, distress, danger or inconvenience to other clients, employees, property or any third party.

For bookings including overnight stays, EuroTourGuide requires you to provide your personal data to process your booking. This includes a copy of your valid ID, such as a passport or residency card, and the digital signature of the Package Travel Contract. These requirements are essential for legal compliance and correct management of your trip. All personal information and documentation will be uploaded to Siturweb, a secure and encrypted platform designed for the protection of traveler data. In accordance with Spanish law, this information will be stored securely and transmitted to the relevant government and police authorities as part of mandatory traveler registration protocols. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and consent to this secure data processing.
If we cancel or modify your booking
- EuroTourGuide reserves the right to make modifications, such as pick-up points or itinerary, when necessary, and we will do our best to keep you informed.
- EuroTourGuide reserves the right to cancel a tour for reasons beyond its control, such as lack of bookings, extreme weather conditions, changes or cancellations of programs or events, force majeure, etc. In such case, EuroTourGuide will refund 100% of the amount paid, unless the supplier does not refund tickets, accommodation, transport or any other item, in which case a proportional partial refund will be issued.
Your responsibilities during the Tour
- All clients are responsible for themselves for the duration of the tour and agree to comply with the schedule established by the guide. EuroTourGuide will not be held responsible for losses or expenses suffered by the client who does not show up at the indicated meeting point at the scheduled time during the tour.
- All clients agree not to disturb others during the bus excursion or cause any kind of alteration. If the guide or driver considers that a client is in a state of intoxication, they will be denied the trip and no assistance will be provided.
- EuroTourGuide is not responsible for any damage, loss or injury that may be suffered by clients or their belongings during the tour. Likewise, EuroTourGuide is not responsible in any way for clients’ vehicles, including where they are parked at the pick-up point.

Our responsibilities during the Tour
- Should a client suffer any mishap, such as a medical emergency or theft during the tour, we will do our best to provide as much help as possible, but we cannot accept any responsibility or be held liable in any way.
- EuroTourGuide takes all reasonable precautions when selecting its destinations and suppliers, such as bus companies, restaurants, attractions, venues, etc., and under no circumstances can be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury to clients or their belongings resulting from services provided by suppliers.
- EuroTourGuide takes all reasonable precautions when selecting destinations and suppliers such as bus companies, restaurants, attractions, venues, etc., and is not responsible if suppliers do not offer an acceptable level of service.
- EuroTourGuide plans tours taking into account reasonable possible delays. In the event that the delay is considerable and causes the loss of a planned event or destination, liability is limited to returning you to the starting point.

- EuroTourGuide welcomes honest and constructive feedback; however, we ask that you let us know of any problems at the time they occur, so that we can resolve them satisfactorily.
