Our route takes us deep into the heart of the Jumilla DO, a region internationally celebrated for producing bold, high-quality red wines primarily from the Monastrell grape and fresh intensely aromatic white wines from grapes like Airen and Macabeo.

Our first destination is the esteemed Casa de la Ermita. We will begin with a cinematic introduction to their sun-drenched vineyards, followed by an immersive tour of their unique museum. The experience culminates in a tasting of four exceptional wines, including selections from their premium range, perfectly paired with artisanal DO cheeses and local cured meats. Following a relaxed picnic “Bocadillo” lunch in the town of Jumilla, we continue to Bodega Carchelo, a prominent estate renowned for its distinctive “mountain wines.” The dedication of this family-run estate is evident in their commitment to hand-harvesting and natural yields. By honoring the seasonal rhythms of the land, they craft elegant, balanced wines that capture the authentic Jumilla terroir in every vintage. Our visit concludes with a sophisticated tasting of five premium labels, accompanied by an individual platter of Iberian cold cuts and fine cheeses. 

On this tour, we don’t just taste the wine – we experience the history, the soil, and the meticulous craftsmanship that make every sip unforgettable.
