Join us once again for a wonderful short break to Madrid, where we’ll enjoy three full days of world-class tennis at the prestigious ATP and WTA 1000 Tournament. This will be our sixth trip to the tournament, a firm favourite with our travellers, offering the chance to see some of the world’s best players up close in the vibrant Spanish capital. Last year we were lucky enough to see Shelton, Musetti, Sabalenka, Swiatek and many more in action.

Your tour includes excellent Category 1 seating on Court 1 for the day matches on Thursday 23rd April. These seats are located on the ground floor behind the baseline, in the full shade, for maximum comfort. On Friday 24th and Saturday 25th, you will enjoy matches from baseline shaded seats on Court 2. Each session includes three matches on the specified court, plus three more on Court 3, and access to the practice sessions and additional matches across the 8 outdoor Tennis Garden Courts. Courts 1, 2 and 3 all have adjustable roofs, so you’ll have a wonderful variety of top-level tennis to enjoy each day. There is very low availability for shaded baseline seats, group seats are held until 20th May only, so early booking is essential to secure your place on this very special trip.

If you would like to take a break from the tennis to explore Madrid or are travelling with someone who is less keen on the sport, alternative arrangements can be made, and the price of the tour adjusted accordingly.

We travel each day by private coach to and from the Caja Mágica stadium, just 6 km from our hotel. Our accommodation is the comfortable 4-star Hotel Praga, which includes a hot breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel is situated beside the Manzanares River, in a vibrant central neighbourhood with a wide choice of nearby restaurants for your evening meals. There is a regular bus service from right outside the hotel into the heart of Madrid, with buses every ten minutes taking you directly to Plaza Mayor.

We arrive in Madrid mid-afternoon on the first day, giving you time to settle in and explore locally or venture into the historic centre. On the return journey, we head straight home, making just two stops and taking advantage of the reduced Sunday traffic.
