The deadline for tickets to sit as a group in the baseline shaded area has passed, but you can still join us by purchasing your own tickets, we will be happy to guide you through the process.

Join us once again for a wonderful short break to Madrid, where we’ll enjoy world-class tennis at the prestigious ATP and WTA 1000 Tournament. This will be our sixth trip to the tournament, a firm favourite with our travellers, offering the chance to see some of the world’s best players up close in the vibrant Spanish capital. Last year we were lucky enough to see Shelton, Musetti, Sabalenka, Swiatek and many more in action.

You can purchase your own tickets (with our guidance) for the Caja Magica on the Mutua Madrid Open Website. You can choose seats on court 1 or court 2, both of which entitle you to watch the games on court 3 and on the 8 tennis gardens. Courts 1, 2 and 3 all have adjustable roofs, so you’ll have a wonderful variety of top-level tennis to enjoy each day. On Thursday the ticket is valid for the whole day, on Friday and Saturday there are day and evening sessions to choose from. The ticket prices vary depending on court and seat selected, for example tickets for the group seats for the 3 days cost 139€ per person (no longer available). Generally tickets for Court 2 range from €25 to €55 and for Court 1 from 40€ to 85€, depending on the session.

We travel each day by private coach to and from the Caja Mágica stadium, just 6 km from our hotel, arriving at 10am to watch the warm ups and leaving at approximately 6pm, with an extension to accommodate the extra games on Thursday. Our accommodation is the comfortable 4-star Hotel Praga, which includes a hot breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel is situated beside the Manzanares River, in a vibrant central neighbourhood with a wide choice of nearby restaurants for your evening meals. There is a regular bus service from right outside the hotel into the heart of Madrid, with buses every ten minutes taking you directly to Plaza Mayor.

We arrive in Madrid mid-afternoon on the first day, giving you time to settle in and explore locally or venture into the historic centre. On the return journey, we head straight home, making just two stops and taking advantage of the reduced Sunday traffic.
