Alhama de Murcia will be holding its 11th Fiesta de la Matanza on the 11th and 12th February 2023. The fiesta is all to do with meat products and Matanza can be translated to mean ‘the slaughtering’. There will be the opportunity to try all sorts of meat products as well as watching many local folk groups preform.
Saturday 10th February
9:30-20:00 Opening of the Fiesta Tent at the Recinto Ferial for the exhibitions about everything to do with the ‘Matanza’, dance shows, tastings and other events.
Sunday 11th February
