Friday the 21st will be the longest day of the year, and there is a long list of fiestas and events for you to enjoy too! The Hogueras Fiesta in honour of San Juan is in full flow in the city of Alicante. On Friday and Saturday the Flower Processions will start at 19:00, on Sunday the 64th Folk Parade will start at 21:00, the last daytime Mascletas display will send shock waves through the city at 14:00 on Monday, and the main event, the Burning of the beautiful Ninots will start at midnight on Monday. Following this are five magnificent firework displays on the beach, starting at midnight from Tuesday until Saturday.

Costa Blanca South

San Juan will be honoured in Catral with a Procession and Fireworks on Monday evening, and in Torrevieja they will be a Traca (day time rockets) on Saturday and Burning of the Statues just after midnight on Monday. In Guardarmar del Segura there will be Fireworks on the Beach at midnight on Sunday, Mascletas on Monday at 14:00, and then the Burnings of the statues during the evening. The Moors and Christians Fiesta continues in Rojales with Correfocs on Friday, Flower Offering Parade on Saturday and Giant Paella on Sunday, whilst in Benejuzar the Grand Parade of the Moors and Christians will take place on Saturday evening. In Santa Pola the annual Romeria del Cap will start at 7am on Sunday, and there will be a Free Guided Tour on Friday in Torrevieja.

Costa Blanca North

San Juan will be celebrated with Partying and Bonfires on Sunday the 23rd in Calpe, Teulada, Moriaria and Benissa, whilst in Javea there will be Correfocs on Sunday, and Mascletas, Float Parade, Burning of the Statues and then Fireworks on Monday. The World Tapas Day Route in Denia finishes on Friday, and the 9th Tapas and Pinchos Route in Benidorm finishes on Sunday. The La Cuina de les Barques Menus continue until the 30th June in Altea, with 11 restaurants offering menus for between 25€ and 37€. Corpus Christi Dances take place in both Denia and Javea on Sunday and there is a Free Guided Visit in Altea on Sunday.

Costa Calida

The summer long Feria y Fiesta continues in San Pedro del Pinatar with the Burning of the Bonfires on Sunday. There will be more Bonfires plus live music on the beach in Los Alcazares and at km14 on the La Manga Strip in honour of San Juan on Sunday. The Exquisita Tapas Route finishes on Sunday in Murcia, and the programme of Free Guided Visits every weekend continues throughout the Region of Murcia.
