This promises to be a lovely evening with time for pre concert drinks or tapas in Cartagena, followed by the lively and vibrant sounds of the Cartagena Youth Symphony Orchestra and the accompanying 5 vocalists.

The Free Guided Visits continue in Orihuela, all of which must be reserved in advance, this Friday you can find out about Miguel Hernandez and on Saturday discover the Juggler Route. The Nocturnal Eco Routes in the La Mata Natural Park can be booked for every Monday and Friday evening during July, and there is the first of the 9km Nocturnal Eco Walks in San Fulgencio on Saturday. The series of Summer Nights continues every Thursday at the Rio Seco Nature Area in Pinar de Campoverde. In Pilar de la Horadada, Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeeras there are 5 Free Guided Historial Visits to choose from, when the guides dressed in traditional costumes will re-enact the history of the places.
The Patron Saint Fiesta draws to a close in Benijofar in honour of San Jaime with a Parade by the Music Band on Saturday evening and Sunday morning, as well as a Firework Display on Sunday night.
The number of Musical events increases! The Summer Concerts start on the Esplanade in Playa Flamenca with Opera on Wednesdays and Band Concerts on Sundays until the end of August. The 23rd International Jazz Festival continues in San Javier, whilst the FiJazz Festival finishes on Saturday in Alicante. The week long Guitar Festival starts on Saturday in Elche, whilst the 67th Habaneras Song Competition finishes in Torrevieja on Saturday. There are Band Concerts on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Alicante for their Summer Concerts Programme, and it is the final week of the Mar de Musicas Festival in Cartagena. The Summer Concerts continue every Thursday in Callosa de Segura and every Saturday in Santa Pola. There is a special Spanish Brass Band Concert in Almoradi on Friday, and the Musica en la Mar evening Cruises leave every Thursday evening from the port in Cartagena.
