It has been great to welcome you aboard again over the last 2 months, and is very encouraging as we plan ahead into the autumn, winter and early 2022. In years gone by we often travel to the fiestas and events during the hotter months but, with these still on hold we will be resuming our small selection of weekly bespoke day tours in September, repeating some popular ones and adding more new and varied tours.

We have a lovely evening tour to Cartagena for the lively and vibrant Spanish Big Band Concert on Thursday 5th August, 28.50€ coach and concert ticket. With time for a pre concert drink or tapas in Cartagena, this concert promises to be a wonderful experience with the voices of 5 singers and the sounds of the Cartagena Youth Symphony Orchestra.

The Free Guided Visits continue in Orihuela, all of which must be reserved in advance, this Friday you can find out about the tale of Armengola and on Saturday discover the Reconquest Route. The Nocturnal Eco Route in the La Mata Natural Park can be booked for every Monday and Friday evening during July and Bigastro has a Nocturnal guided walk along the Alquibla Route this Friday. The series of Summer Nights continues every Thursday at the Rio Seco Nature Area in Pinar de Campoverde with a Free Bhangra Dance Lesson on the 22nd July.
There are 3 Fiestas on the Calendar for this coming week. In Algorfa they are celebrating the Virgen del Carmen with a Firework Display on Friday evening and a Tribute Concert to 80's and 90's Pop Music on Saturday. In Benijofar the San Jaime Fiesta starts with a Concert by the Musical Band on Sunday evening. Los Montesinos celebrate 31 years of Independence with a Cluedo based Yincana, a team test event in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento on Saturday.
The music continues. The 23rd International Jazz Festival starts on Friday in San Javier and the International Habaneras Competition starts on Sunday in Torrevieja. There is a Summer Concert this Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento in Alicante, all of which are free to enjoy but you must register in advance. The FiJazz Festival continues at the ADDA in Alicante as does the Saturday Summer Concerts in Santa Pola. Every Thursday there are Summer Concerts in Callosa de Segura and the Music on the Sea evening Cruises in Cartagena.
