• If you do not pay for your membership ticket, then you will relinquish your seat and have none of the rights afforded to season ticket holders for tickets for the 20/21 season.
• If you selected the discount option for the 6 unplayed games of last season, this discount will be applied to the above price when you make payment for the membership
• Match tickets (additional cost, see below) once available will be allocated based on longevity of support, with tickets being offered first to those who have the most years of season ticket membership

• visit www.elchecf.es and select Acceso Socios (right hand side of the menu bar in dark green) or click this link https://elchecf.expertustech.com/open#/userarea/login
• enter in ID your 5 digit season ticket number and the PIN the last 4 numbers of your NIE / PASSPORT
• click on Gestion de Socio and you will see the amount which you need to pay 
• make the purchase using your debit or credit card
• you will then receive an email IT IS VITAL THAT YOU SAVE THIS, it will have your order number (localizador) and your discount code for the 3 matches
• at a later date (details are not yet available of how) you will use the order number to download your digital membership card

• Match tickets (additional cost, see below) if there are any left after the renewal members have all been offered them, they will then be made available to new members
• Depending on ticket availability you can choose where in the stadium you would like to sit for each game, so you can try out different zones.
• For the 21/22 season New Members will be able to choose their seat after the Renewal Members have their tickets and before the general public

• Send a copy of your NIE to abonados@elchecf.es
• The club will add you to the system and send you an email with your ID and your PIN
