The Easter Parades in Santa Pola are well worth seeing if you are local. This year, 2022 they start on Palm Sunday 10th April and continue almost daily until Easter Sunday on the 17th April. The processions offer the same as the ones in the cities and other places such as Crevillent and Orihuela where the celebrations have been award International Tourist Interest status, just on a much smaller scale.

22:00 Procession del Encuentro with two routes, which meet at the Glorieta in front of the Castle:
